The Cancer Laryngectomee Trust is the national association for neck breathers. It offers free help for sufferers of cancer of the larynx, people who have had a laryngectomy and their carers.

The main aim of the Trust is to promote and assist the relief of all persons in the United Kingdom who have undergone a laryngectomy operation.
