There are many options to help you if your caring role has changed or come to an end

It can be difficult to cope after the person you have cared for has died. If you are already known to Angus Carers Centre you can access support to help you deal with this difficult period and start to move forward with your life. For more information call 01241 439157 or visit www.anguscarers.org.uk

If you are not known to Angus Carers Centre, or want to know about other options, there are many other supports available. Angus Health and Social Care Partnership has developed a webpage to help you find the services and agencies available to you if you are providing end of life care at home. It has a section on bereavement support and information. You can find details at: www.angushscp.scot/services/palliative-end-of-life-care/
