It can be unlocked and pivoted out away from the edge of the bed so giving extra support as you start to walk away from the side of the bed. A strap secures it to the bed. Maximum User Weight: 127 Kg (20 Stone) WARNING: The top of the product must not be set higher than 15cm (6 inches) above the compressed mattres height to meet MHRA safety guidelines.
