Description
Ideal for use at the side of the bath or shower cubicle to reduce the height of the step in. Can also be used in conjunction with a bath board to aid lifting legs over the side. Reduces the height when stepping in and out of the bath. The Step Stool is made of a plastic coated tubular steel frame with a slip-resistant rubber step. If you have a shower screen fitted on the side of your bath, you may want to consider replacing it with a shower curtain as this could make it safer to get in and out of the bath when using this product. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Loose rugs or floor coverings must be removed in the area where you use this product. Do not put the stool half on a rug as it can be unstable.Helpful advice

Seek further help if a bath or box step is the only solution offered
Following your online assessment you have only been offered a bath or box step. If you feel this does not meet your needs, please seek further advice from your local Independent Living Centre or alternatively by your local Adult Services department. There may be other products to help you. Please explain that you have already completed an online assessment because you are having difficulty lifting your legs into the bath and that it was recommended that you seek further help.
