Hints and Tips on making it easier to hear your telephone

If you are currently struggling to hear callers on the telephone, it may be that there is a fault with your current phone.

You may be able to get help from your local Adult Services department but they are only able to help you if your phone is in good working order. If your phone is not in good working order you can ask your phone company to check the line for you or you could try a telecommunications service company for help.

You may be experiencing problems if your phone rings at a particularly high frequency. You could check whether your phone has alternative ringtones, before considering purchasing a new phone or requesting equipment from your Adult Services.
