Local help for deaf, deafened, hard of hearing and deafblind people
There is a range of equipment that can help if you have problems with your hearing, all of which aims to reduce the impact your sensory loss has on your daily life.
Angus Council/ Angus Health and Social Care Partnership have an agreement with North East Sensory Services (NESS) to provide a range of support for people with hearing loss. They are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm and can be contacted using the following details.

If you have a hearing aid, the NHS Tayside audiology clinic at Kingscross Health and Community Care Centre, Dundee can also provide you with advice on equipment items that can assist you. You may also be able to trial the items that are most suited to you and the hearing aids you have.
If you have Tinnitus, there is a Tinnitus Service with NHS Tayside Audiology and Balance Service, which is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. To find out more about the support available, please get in touch using the information below.
