Transport for visually impaired people

A bus pass, called a National Entitlement Card, is available if you are:

  • blind
  • deaf
  • partially sighted
  • without speech

You are also eligible if you have poor mobility, learning disabilities or have been refused a driving licence on medical grounds.

There are also private providers in Angus that may be able to assist you. Care About Angus is a large social enterprise who are registered with the care commission. They aim to personalise the input they provide to suit every individual. They offer support to people to attend local appointments.
