All shops have a customer service station or staff to help you whilst you are shopping. They can help you find items on your list, reach products that are high on the shelf and help you with your packing.

Staff are there to help you. If you come across a member of staff who you feel has not been particularly helpful then be strong and speak to customer services, it is important that the shop is made aware of this to help improve its service to other customers.
