Turning 180 degrees
Stand up from your chair and practice turning on the spot, so that when you are finished you are facing the chair.
If you feel you would need to hold on to something to remain steady, try doing this at your kitchen sink, turning towards the sink as you turn.
Count the number of steps it takes you to turn 180 degrees. Over time, see if you can reduce the number of steps it takes you. You can also progress by performing the movement without holding on.
