Scarf is a vibrant and value-driven social enterprise, headquartered in Aberdeen, delivering services across the north east of Scotland, including Angus.
Scarf aim to make a practical difference to people living in fuel poverty and provide a range of services that focus on fuel poverty, energy efficiency, sustainable living and carbon reduction.
Scarf deliver energy advice programmes, such as Home Energy Scotland (funded by the Scottish Government and managed by the Energy Saving Trust). This programme provides free, impartial advice on energy efficiency, affordable warmth, all types of renewable energy, sustainable transport and water efficiency.
Angus HEAT (Home Energy Advice Team) is Scarf's in-home, in-depth energy service which provides advice on energy efficiency, as well as advocacy and assistance on dealing with tariffs, fuel debt and metering issues.
