At some point in our lives, many of us will need some form of help and support with everyday things like getting washed, dressing or cooking a meal. This help and support is often called social care.

Asking for help is sometimes the hardest thing to do, but Angus Council/ Angus Health and Social Care Partnership can provide a range of social care services to suit people's needs. If you would like to talk to someone about the services that may be available, please liaise with the social work staff that you are already involved with.
