Keeping Healthy and Safe
Yesterday's 'Make Movement your Mission' live videos from the experts at Later Life Training
Why these exercises? There are a huge number of exercise videos available on the internet, but very few that are focused on what happens to our ability to do things as we age. We are endorsing these particular videos because they are put together by experts who understand this.
Experts in healthy ageing tell us that as we get older, it is extremely important to keep moving every day. It may seem difficult to get your usual amount of exercise whilst we are being asked to stay at home, but it is crucial to keep active during this time. Many people are maintaining and improving their health and fitness by doing these very simple daily exercise videos at home 3 times a day.
